Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to us (hpcasia2025@narlabs.org.tw).
Cancellation is only valid if you receive an acknowledgment from the organizers.
Cancellations received on or before 7 February 2025 will be refunded less a NT$1500 administration fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
